After months of searching , I finally found a good deal for a 2 bhk in sector 1.The rent is -12.5k and deposit 50k your share , owner is a very peaceful lady, and expects to keep the place very clean and tidy. Strictly no smoking at the place as there are families around. Would love to connect and help out someone in need!

People laughed at me when I asked for decent living spaces below 10k at these locations. It took 2 days, i went for a walk in the streets of Koramangala and HSR layout. And found multiple 1rk's less than 8k and multiple 1bhk's less than 12k. There are a lot of furnished 1bhk apartments with rent ranging from 15k to 18k. To all the people who are new to Bangalore, don't fall prey for hefty rents, do roam in and around the surroundings.. you will find good places within the budget. Surprisingly there are plenty of vacant spaces and soon the prices will come down.

House hunt in HSR

I’m looking for a 1/2BHK in a society near HSR. The ones around Sarjapur Road and HSR are super expensive, while ones towards Electronic City are comparatively cheaper.
Do you prefer paying a higher rent to compromise on travel time, or compromise on travel and stay in a better flat at the same price.
