Hike you got as Product Management Professional ?

I have heard there is no yearly hike at Publicis Sapient , is it true. Last year also they have not provided any hike. Can anyone confirm what's happening why it's not providing. Is this process is there in PS. If hike going to given means when it will be and how much it will be. I joined 2yrs back in PS.

As March is about to end , How’s the hike percentage this year in various companies ? Is it double digit or single ?

I've decided to switch from my current consulting firm with 5.1 lpa(approx) having 6-7 months of experience , receiving a nearly 40% salary increase at the new job. Initially, it seemed like a positive change. However, now I'm feeling it might be inadequate. What should I do? Can I renegotiate the offer?

I am expecting the hike this year to be muted between 5-10% 😕🤫 Last year was worse than this though 🙃🥲

Just curious to know what are the hike percentages given employees who are highly paid? Is 10% considered a good hike for top performers with such salaries?
