I'm a 32 yo guy, have a strand of 15-20 grey hair in between from the front side. 
 They first showed up during a period of stress when I was 24 yo. Loved it when it showed up. Gave a villainy look initially.  
  
 I like how it looks now, I wish I start having grey beard hair. My transformation to middle age would be complete.

You know how when you're young and you see those dramatic movie scenes where the lead role is having a drama argument with a loved one. You feel that the argument is so pointless and illogical and hence the scene isn't very realistic. I mean why would the protagonist argue about something which basically translates to "You can't help me with this! I have to do this on my own!".

But when you grow up a bit and you get your first gray hairs - you start to realise that such seemingly irrational arguments are a part and parcel of life and probably one of the few realistic details in movies.

Given that at times we're not even able to align our fellow loved ones on important things, I do not have a lot of hope for us to be able to align any superintelligent AI. People have grown up following very different paths and trajectories with very different experiences so it becomes difficult to attain alignment. I suspect that a superintelligent AI would be so far removed from humanity and human experiences that we'll barely be able to convince it of anything on any topic.

The superintelligent AI would already have thought about (computed?) anything and everything that humanity can think about collectively. I feel that it will be very hard to convince it to change its perspective on something that has been pre-computed. 

Super-alignment problem is going to be a great filter for human civilisation.

I turned 25 a few months back. I am balding from my college days. During the lockdown, it was somehow accelerated and lost most of the hair line. Now i look like a person with male pattern baldness who has lost his almost all hair. 

Baldness is hereditary in my family. My head almost looks like my fathers head, who is also bald. 

I always knew that I would go bald someday but never imagined that it would be at 25. 

Though i don't hide it by anything. I go in public openly and try to be as confident as much as possible, but sometimes I feel very sad as people generally stare and don't usually talk normally. Some relatives even tell it on my face that who is going to marry you. This generally brings down my confidence.

Career wise, i am doing pretty good. Earning good money. 

Some people say go for hair transplant, but to be very honest, I don't feel it is worth spending money on the hair, which at the end going to vanish only due to hereditary reasons.

I have almost accepted the way I look now, but  become very anxious when I think about getting married. I'm not sure if somebody is going to accept me the way I look. 

What would be your advice for me? How should I deal with it so that it does bother me again and again.

Guys, I am a software engineer and work remotely.

I am 25 years old but feel as if i am older. 

> Already facing heavy back pain, lower back pain. 
> Facial and body hairs are turning grey
> Already bald

Are these all common, or am I doing something fundamentally wrong?

Health issues in mid 20's

Go to the gym 4,5 times a week. Follow a regime. Change your diet. Add a lot of protein and complex carbs. Eliminate oily junk food for 3-4 months. You will start seeing the difference.

Hey GRAPEVINERS, hope you all are doing well, i am suffering from receding hairline , and its getting severe  , i am just 22 and i don't want to have that male pattern baldness too early, in my family, no one has that much severe male pattern baldness, my father has not great but good hair as per his age , i don't drink , smoke , eat healthy but still losing hair , yeah I never massage my head with oil 
I also take vitamin d3 supplements as majority of people as 70-80% people are deficient in vitamin d , mine is also low 
It would be great if you could advise me some great measures to tackle hair loss...
