How is elasticrun?
Heard good general things about the company, unsure what's its business like. Anyone's got an idea?
Interesting, Udaan is in the same space if I'm right, and struggling pretty bad. But thanks!

Both are not equal, barring b2b space. ElasticRun is more of a fulfilment platform between manufacturers and tier 1, 2 & 3 kirana stores whereas udaan is more of a trade platform where all stakeholders of the business are registered. ElasticRun is empowering kirana stores as well as manufacturers whereas Udaan is facilitating the txns of onboard users (manufacturers, traders, wholesalers and/or retailers). ElasticRun wants to solve the problem of just one segment and is going deeper in that segment while udaan is solving for all stakeholders (and that is why the situation is grim for udaan). Just my 1st hand experience of Udaan - they enter into a segment and want to conquer that segment with cashburn (which is never a solution; forget long-term period)
Yeah, Udaan's burn rate is insane. Thought it could be a sector issue, but elasticrun's more focused approach is helping them so I guess not. It's an approach issue. Thanks for your insight, Hustler

ElasticRun is the fulfilment platform between demand and supply. Here, demand would be kirana stores and supply would be FMCG manufacturers. Eg. I have a kirana store in Tier 2 city, now I want the supply of FMCG but I want it directly from manufacturers. It also has a logistics arm for fulfilment of txns. For supply, it is helpful because it expands their reach without increasing manpower cost and subjectivities included with manpower on picture.

Don't have the inner view. But what I have heard from my family friends in Tier 1 & 2 cities is that the company is solving real pain points, and that is why I can deduce that the company is doing great. It also provides finance.
