I've been at Rattle for about a year. Good company, good team. They are struggling with similar challenges like every other B2B SaaS. They did have a round of layoffs few weeks ago.

Daily I see some posts on some senior engineering people joining rippling. It may be some Senior engineer or Senior Manager. I heard they are paying almost US level salaries to people.
