I am planning to work outside India.. I know many people will say that "This is India's era" blah blahhh.. But trust me.. The gap between rich and poor is getting widening day by day. 

And the middle class is getting crushed in between.

I am afraid that I will be unable to get a good work life balance, an affordable house(especially in metro cities) and many other factors that are motivating me to leave this country. 

So, I just need guidance if it's possible to get Tech jobs(especially in the DevOps domain) outside India.. If yes.. then please advise who has actually done that.

I feel moving outside India is better for people who wants to stay in tech . If people are 15 yrs experience as developers they are replaced or they have to move to mgmt . Very few opportunities for solution architects in India or just retire as senior developers. People work in Denmark , Finland , Australia, Switzerland can retire as cobol developers or . Net there is no need to constant upskill . Salary is less or growth is less compared to India but you have wlb and life . I have been working in an internal project at a service-based company for almost 3 years now (that's my total YOE) and I feel like I need to move out of my comfort zone. (more so because I've been rotting in my home location since the pandemic). I want to move to a different country and work there (temporary is fine as well)

Can you guys name a few companies that provide onshore opportunities (outside India, preferably European countries) along with the criteria to be deployed on such projects? Please also mention if Visa is arranged by the company or not

Off late I have been contemplating moving out of India given the work culture, pathetic pay scales, bad governance etc.

Which is the best route to do so? Should I check with immigration consultants? I saw that Aus, Canada have skilled worker shortage. Will that help my case?

I have awork ex of 5 years and work with one of the best consumer tech startups in India making 32LPA and stocks. Lately, I feel that no matter how much you make here, the quality of life isn't all that great in Bangalore with the roads, pollution and what not.

Due to financial difficulties, I couldn’t afford college in past so had to dropout. But after working in different startups for 4 years I am financially independent now.

Currently, I am working as a product manager in one of the startup in India. But, all of the startups I worked for were > A series in terms of funding.
