How to grow C2B unfunded startup

Well I am the founder of C2B unfunded startup, we had earlier options to raise funding but investor reputation was not good, right we are not looking for funding and focusing more on generating revenue, our biggest problem is getting organic users because i don't have enough money spent on ads, i know it will be unclear to you guys suggest as you don't know the product, but what the best organic/ cheap ways to get new customers? I understood what you are trying to build. An app using which users can share their data like expenses, bills etc and u reward them with coins for sharing their data. Ur pitch is gonna be like why share your data for free while watching ads. Use ur app which is a user data monetization app. I heard of 2 startups in USA which did the same and couldn't scale further inspite of raising millions

Organic: 1. One time referrals from past customers 2. Life time referral networks - this is different from referral and partly inorganic. This works very well for certain products and services. Inorganic: 1. Identify certain quirky channels who come up the funnel for your product. As an example, if you are focusing on commercial interiors, instead of focusing on interior designers and architects, you can Target commercial brokers who end up leasing spaces to the end customer. They are an active source of cheap leads. 2. If you have an EBO, per walk-in costs can be made low through product campaigns. IMHO, any further detailing can be done only if the product and sector is known. PS: These are Business Development ideas. NOT Sales Ideas. I am assuming that the Sales team is capable provided the LEADS are available.
