FMCG is so overcrowded ?. How do you publicize your product? You know it's unique, you know it's liked by all (whoever has tried it) but how to promote organic growth ? The key question is how to promote it FAST ?

The solution for quicker organic growth is to make your product positioning unique. The product may or maynot be unique.
1. Give community level engagement CTAs to the customer; example: Referrals by the Consumer; Using Offline engagement like group taste testing (if it's a food) or group produce usage (if it's a commodity), etc.
2. Additionally if your product is unique, use your D2C activation channel to get to the places where your TG resides/works/moves, and get brand ambassadors agents via a take rate/commission model (and strictly not a cost plus model).
