Similar situation - had a professor in college pick on a peer who had a speech issue multiple times by making him read aloud in class. End of the semester the class rep made a formal complaint with signatures from mostly everyone in class to the HoD. When we came back for the next semester, the professor wasn’t there anymore, transferred 💁🏻‍♂️

If it's your mistake, fix it! ( Meanwhile talk to mgr)

Else Hit back and humiliate him/her as well.

PS - Keep an offer letter in inbox b4 doing the latter one.

Start standing up to yourself and keep looking for a new role internally or externally. If you let this person continue like this, they will do it with the next person as well.

Record 2-3 such instances; talk to your colleagues if they feel same way; take screenshots

Go skip level (ie - your manager’s manager)

Tell your grievances and if asked for examples or incidents; show those screenshot of teammates feeling the same and recording where manager was humiliating someone

Also, keep start preparing and interviewing; not all managers can take feedback unless they are secure enough

But you are going anyway; make sure he remembers you; do enough damange
