How to proceed with Growth Product Manager assessment?
I was recently approached by a tech company for a growth product manager role. They asked me to prepare a document or presentation for a hypothetical HR Tech company that helps SaaS companies hire candidates using AI-based HR Tech software. I don't have prior experience working on assignments like this and I'm not sure how to proceed. I have a few ideas about the unique benefits of AI and more. What are your suggestions? Should I present my ideas in a pitch-like format (PPT) or provide my point of view in a document?
Was it by Any chance Instahyre which approached you? If yes, decline their assignments. MCs wouldn't reply after I submitted my growth plan
Yes, it is Instahyre. How many times have you followed up with them? It’s a similar issue to the one I had with Clipboard Health’s recruitment process.
I drop a mail everyday since start of May. Those motherfuckers would not even reply. I'm sick and tired of those cheesing fucks.

Growth pm is almost a made up term.
Lets see what they do:
1. In charge of AAARR funnel awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue
2. A good PM can only focus on one of the above thing.
3. For example lets say you decided to pick up retention. Now what will you do to improve that okr. So you’ll study data. Decide on metrics that work and don’t. Run experiments and conclude.
Of course, running experiments is a facet to the role. But it’s a major one. Apart from that you’ll have to constantly think of features which can get you your numbers. It’s a tough role. If done correctly can change the way company operates.
Won't the recruiter come to know if content is derived from these tools? And how to make content more unique and appealing?
