I have been applying for Microsoft for so long. I have tried referrals as well. I rarely get calls from them. I got 3 calls, I even gave an online assessment once. But the HR ghosted me after that. Not sure where I am going wrong.

I arranged employee referrals from Microsoft , Visa , Arcesium , Walmart but no response came not even rejection its almost 1 month. Is there any other trend prevailing in market? Or more precisely Am I approaching in the wrong way?

Daily I see some posts on some senior engineering people joining rippling. It may be some Senior engineer or Senior Manager. I heard they are paying almost US level salaries to people. Can some people from rippling confirm these ? - Is there really that much requirement ? - Are they really paying 1Cr above for staff and Em levels ? - Is the company generating good revenue? - Are they moving teams from US to india ? - Howiz the work culture in the company? Hi All, This post is for my close friend. He is a Senior IOS Developer with over 7 Years of work-ex in SWIFT, CoCoa and Objective C. Current CTC - 23 His company has announced mass layoffs throughout the organization. He cannot sit idle as he has multiple financial responsibilities and people dependant on him. He has given 2 interviews now for Microsoft, Walmart, but not selected in 2/3 Rd rounds. Not getting calls now even after applying and connecting with HR and referrals in MNC's also. (Probably because of the current market conditions) Need advice on what we should do next as time is running out as well as patience. Also any leads would be appreciated. I have been trying to get one chance to appear for interview process in Microsoft. I mean its so hard to get a referral or is it just me? Basically, 1. Everyone on linkden is basically an influencer, though with a legit experience and ofcourse technical skills, its more like everyone is just there to flaunt and I practically see no one actually being helped or helping. 2. Only on a personal level, I guess having met them, do people take you seriously, that still is a low probability. So my question is, if you were an average Joe in this job market, how would you approach people to have them actually land an interview let alone be selected?

In past few days on linkedin i got ping from couple of microsoft recruters, saying we found your profile may be perfect fit for an opening at microsoft...bla bla , please share your cv . Once i shared my cv there is no reply from them . Total time waste. All hr recruiters have good profile on linkedin and not replying once you share cv . Looks like their managers given them target to collecting cv.
