Interesting. Even I came to the same realisation at some point that overnight oats can be a consistent solution for me. But I make it myself. Doesn't take more than 10 mins, at times it just takes 2-3 mins at night. Can't justify the effort to price ratio for myself with this. Good idea nonetheless.

Drop your fav. low effort - high calorie recipies. The most common out there are the oats PB shake + Soya bean rice. Also any tips on how to stuff food as I generally have a low appetite and can't bring myself to finish the food infront of me.

Folks, are there any good tiffin services around HSR Layout? Is it better to rather have a cook prepare food at your house? Suggestions please. I want to eat healthy. Swiggy healthy options will make me bankrupt if I do it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
