Will ibm wont release my offer letter if I don’t go for biometric as I am in my hometown as have informed recruiter will come by next week.

After 2.5 months wait for offer letter from IBM I get this,"We would like to inform you that we will not be taking your candidature forward"

How much time IBM takes to release offer letter, it's been 1+ month waiting

After all rounds cleared successfully during HR discussion for offer she told they can't offer more than my current. If that was the case why can't they inform initially before taking interview.

I interviewed for data engineer at Amazon in feb. I was told that my profile has been put on hold because so meone else has been chosen internally. Now recruiter comes up with BI engineer role. Got selected. I didn't say anything because I just wanted to get out of TCS at all costs. Now she's demanding that I must join them on 22 april, which is less than 2 weeks away. Are they trying to back me off? Because the request is unreasonable. They haven't yet released offer letter, salary negotiations haven't taken place. Should I ask for offer letter first? Or ask for early release with TCS? What should my plan of action. Need advice.

I have got the offer letter from IBM the joining date is 25 October.still i didn't get released from my current organisation..it will take time maximum  50 to 60 days .

IBM joining date will it extend ? If they extend how many days they can extend ?

Hi All,
I got interviewed with one of the Analytics based company in May month and got an offer via mail and salary breakup attached. I accepted the offer as the HR suggested to put my papers and he will provide the offer letter on June end(as my notice period was 90 days).
But now when I'm asking for offer letter he is giving one or other reasons like we are not able to the stakeholder to take the approval as he is in client location.

Did any one of you have faced this similar situation. If yes, then what should be my next steps.

I have got an offer from IBM ISL and its just around 15% more than my current company. I am having around 5 yr experience and around 18 LPA. Should I try out thos oppurtunity?  . Currently I am in Infosys and ISL is produc based company

In an interview I cleared all my round and submitted all govt proof along with current company payslip etc as they demanded this. After one discussion they are saying we have got all your info they will think.
I mean which king of process is this? They wasted all my energy , 5 rounds .

I have a veru disappointing experience with IBM recruitment HR. 
First they said my technical interview is cleared, after a month of patience, and l follow ups, HR says the skill we are looking for is not matched with what skills you have!

I want to take some serious action against the Hiring HR.
Could anyone suggest how can I proceed?

My friend has got an offer from ibm gurgaon.

She is going to join IBM in mid of October and in November she would need some 6 or 7 day leave.

Is it possible un probation period. She is worried that her leaves might be rejected in probation. 

Any idea that how IBM leave policies are whe  you're in probation.

Technical Lead

I resigned recently and proposed date of 30days. I know that it's officially 90days. So i talked to my manager. He said he Will get back to me. I again send a reminder mail to check into this. Without replying to that mail, they rejected my proposed dqte and approved fo 90days

What to do now? I am actually in active project from 2years and it extended for another 6months .
They didn't even consider my extra leaves and buy out.
