Your options 1 or 2, just depends on your own background, as to how much luxury you have, to remain a jobless non-earning guy. If your family is supportive enough, won’t pressurise you, won’t taunt you about lack of job- then sure, go chase your dreams- dedicate 3-4 yrs of your life to acting/drama field. But if you think your parents won’t support, then it is a very tough call. Then you need to ask yourself, how strong you are, can you earn and learn acting parallely, or can you take that risk of taking some loan, and going for acting…. So it is all upto you. Talking of IT. It is irritating to see freshers flaunting MERN, full stack, AI/ML etc specialisation. It looks all the College authorities have completely taken students for a ride, brainwashing them to squeeze money out of them, or to befool them for some purpose. You don’t need any such specialisation. You need good logic forming ability, knowledge of any one programming language, and basic knowledge of database, that’s it. And many folks from Tier 3 Colleges, break into MAANG companies, through via various means. I have one College batchmate in Google, one ex-colleague-cum-roomMate in Microsoft, one batchmate in Microsoft, another batchmate in Apple, one batchmate in Salesforce and so on… Needless to say, they are all like me, of same talent level, same College category. Best wishes.
