I am a 2023 cse grad, I am a bit demoralised, I feel I did not achieve what I aimed for even after large amount of grind and great profile, I aimed for placements in mncs but still got ghosted, I have around 600 applications in different tech companies, Should I aim to leave IT after few years or be patient to let market bounce stronger?
