Read some good sample user stories . See how plain and simple they are and in the detail they go. Also don’t assume people would read long docs , you need to interact regularly with them and align the progress with requirements.

I feel like startups have unreasonable and unnecessary self induced pressure at times. I am working as an APM at a gate management startup and all I feel is pressurized even though the release gets delayed whether due to faulty implementation or dev or qa or requirement change from business side which the PM has no control over. While all this is happening you are left to wonder where did you lack? Was it at Product Management or at Project Management because clearly both are not happening properly.

It's weird how so little at times is in your control and yet how all the blame you have to take because primarily it was your job to think it all through.

I work with someone who constantly takes my ideas and shares them as their own. For example, if I mention an idea in a group meeting, this person then comes and repeats the same idea in other meetings to different people as if it was their own. 

This happens very often so it's not a coincidence. This person is not qualified for the job they were hired for and constantly piggy backs off my work and ideas and appropriates them as their own. I'm really not sure how to address this without coming off as petty. This has been going on for almost a year now and I'm really sick of it. Any suggestions or advice?

I have good grip on grammar but when I try to speak I lose control and I am always lack of words while speaking but this is not the case while writing. 
How to improve this thing?

PMs with 10+ YOE of experience, what are some lessons that you want to share with folks who've just started out

Hey folks. 
I am a PM with 1 YOE. 

I make a lot of unforced errors and have been in bad situations because of poor communication too. Although, I try my best to communicate everything and anything. The founder just hear me speak and not to hear specifically. 

I am gradually feeling, that maybe I am not good enough to survive in this role. 

On the other hand, I am pretty much interested in finance. Am above average in hard skills named as Financial Modelling, Financial Statement Analysis, Deal Structuring and Valuation Techniques. I read pre IPO papers to understand more about industries and sectors. Do financial modelling for the same companies to check if I am on the right track or not. 

How can I switch to a finance role maybe?  Or what other fields should I explore to get out of this. I have graduation in BTech.

The fact that you have nothing to say / contribute indicates disinterest. Also we all are people after all, nobody wants to spend time with people who are boring and/or aloof. Being likeable is an extremely important corporate skill, just like in life.

It is supremely obvious that SWEs are about to enter the golden era of Software Engineering. We are easily foreseeing 2x-2.5x improvement in developer productivity rate. You should go touch some grass or else you will end up becoming PM guru who shills substandard-courses to poor kids.

I've always been someone who's had to think well before I spoke. Unless it's something I'm very well aware of (ex: my day to day work), I take time, first to make up the words in my head and then deliver. This delay, is something I want to work on.
If you've been in my place at some point, what made you change; and improve on your communication? 
I don't think this is hindering my abilities at work, but it certainly does - in connecting with new people and in all the non-work comms.

If you mess up on a client engagement and can't finish a task properly? What happens ? What are the repercussions? I'm a fresher and I don't know what to do anymore ? Is this normal ? It's only been 7 months here , I'm a campus hire and I feel out of my depth? Seniors don't help that much as they're too busy? My anxiety is really high and I don't know really know what to do anymore.

I'm working as an APM at a startup for about a year now. I work with another guy who happens to be my senior, PM and both of us report to the director.

Of late, my senior, i.e., the PM has been undermining my work when the two of us are working together, subtly taunting me that what I've done is pretty easy and non impactful business wise. He also disregards the decisions made by me, modifies the PRDs discovered and written by me and mails them as his own.

Eventually, he ends up adding me to the walkthrough calls because I had discovered the features but then concludes everything such that he had owned everything end to end.

Recently, both of us were given a documentation to be done by our manager, i.e., the director. I had completed almost 70% of that document, but in our call with the director he presented it saying that he had written that document and I had made a few changes to it.

This undermines my work and visibility of my capabilities. I don't know how to tackle this situation, my manager is usually busy and leaves it upto this PM to allocate work, which he unfairly uses.

How do I talk to my manager about this. I'm fairly new to corporate, just graduated last year and don't know how to handle all this.

But this thing has been bothering me lately, really looking forward to any advise my fellow grapeviners may have.

You definitely need to talk to the director and share your concerns . Possibly separate out projects and independently handle them.

I decided to start applying and taking interviews after a 6-7 months break. Didn’t crack a good offer last time and dropped the idea of switching then.
 I find myself struggling with making my responses deep and well rounded specifically product sense and design questions. While I try to follow a framework and manage to effectively take the interview along that, I realise the content is shallow be it user segmentation, needs, pain points and solutions where I really run out of thoughts. I have close to 5 years of experience in PMing and have done decent in the products I owned but somehow just not able to get through certain interview expectations. Should I take a break from applying for preparation or continue taking interviews and learn alongside? Any specific recommendations to make the content rich?
