There was this video of an Indian girl Ektaa who had moved to Canada, and expressed her views on why she had come abroad. She actually made some valid points about how she felt safer here in Canada, at worst she was kinda annoying. Left to herself none would have even cared a damn, but our Social Media Influencers had to jump in, troll her, call her names, mock her. And then we had the Uber Deshbhakts coming up with how dare she comment on India.

Ultimately the trolling just gave her even more fame, ended up with Truecaller giving her an offer.  And all those who trolled, mocked and made her world famous ending up with total egg on their face.

So that Canadian girl Ektaa who got trolled on Social Media gets an offer from Truecaller.

Here we go again...

I genuinely sometimes don't understand how influencers/content creators earn so much money and just spend on anything. It's too frustrating to see that you work your ass off everyday for 9-10 hours and get those weekends to chill and still can't save up enough money to go to Europe for 2 weeks. On the contrary, the influencers who don't have any fucking talent just do some random bs podcast, some clothing haul, some grwm and then go to a Taylor Swift concert and go to 5 countries in a year with the most luxurious stays. Is it just me or is it frustrating for everyone to see? They will meet any celebrity, buy the latest smartphone, have the best parties etc. It's like I want that life but I don't think I'll be able to ever get there.

Not sure how true that is but if so, I do feel inferior though I am at a high paying job. Their constant show off makes it worse - one guy claimed in front of Bikchandani that he made 35L/month

Sooo I feel like Bangalore is a city that lives on Hype, everyone is just trying to be cool and are too afraid of actually call out stuff for what they are. 

Few examples (my personal opinion) 

Eat Naru - it’s good ramen, but you can definitely find better or as good (bookings are sold out in minutes) 
Pizza 4Ps - Average pizza, great hospitality but not worth waiting for a booking a month in advance 
Ultrahuman ring - It’s not even that accurate for that price 
March Tee - good T-shirt, but you can find so much better at that price point

Totally Agree with this, everyone wants to get validation or some kind of approval from ultra rich or dumb influencers, I think it's totally influenced by Tech Cuties mostly from North India working in Startups (HSR, Koramangala). These dumbfucks who never stepped out of their world get excited for silly things, imagine people standing outside a biryani shop at 4am, people standing in a queue sandwich..uff this all insta validation stories matters for them, they seek happiness by impressing or making someone jealous of.
