Depends on customer perception and JTBD - Jobs to be done. Any technology is just a means. I use ChatGPT to proofread my resume. ChatGPT is just a means. Even resume is just a means. Even job is just a means. And money is just a means. It's up to you how you want to position your AI technology in front of customers. Maybe "AI Blog generator" is a product or maybe "Generate blogs via AI" is a feature. Similarly, a tyre is a product by a tyre company but a soft compound rubber tyre is a feature in an SUV car.
