Is it good to tell recruiters that you are on a notice period?
When looking for better opportunities post accepting an offer, is it good to tell recruiters that you are on a notice period when asked? Do recruiters consider good or bad? And how to reason why still looking for opportunities?

IMO good.
1. It shows you make decision to leave current org.
2.You'll be available early as compared to 3month np folks, means early on-board for client early billable resource.
3.If np is <1month, there's thin chances you can do window shopping.that increase the chances of joining org, you can surely ask for joining / retention bonus.
Reason:
I don't want job hopping every now and then, my goal is to have X CTC with Z- YOY growth. If that can be achieved I can focus more on work rather than searching for job opportunities 😉
It's generally a good practice to be transparent with recruiters about your notice period. This helps manage expectations and ensures there are no surprises during the hiring process. However, if you're concerned about your current employer finding out prematurely, you might want to wait until later stages of the interview process to disclose this information.

Absolutely Yes. HRs get wet when they hear you're on NP
Absolutely, you should let the recruiter now. It means you can join sooner and they can get their fees quickly!
