I have 10.5 years of experience. Recently h1 got picked through a consultancy. Interested move to the US. What's your opinion/thoughts/suggestion?
Note: currently monthly income from the whole family (me and wife (9.5 exp) is 3.2 lakhs after all taxes) . We save around 1.7 lakhs monthly after all the monthly expenses. I have got L2 dependent visa for USA. How much safe and good it is if I move to USA and search job there?

Off late I have been contemplating moving out of India given the work culture, pathetic pay scales, bad governance etc.

Which is the best route to do so? Should I check with immigration consultants? I saw that Aus, Canada have skilled worker shortage. Will that help my case?

Are there companies who are willing to sponsor visa? Any success stories that you can share. 

What are my options so I can make the right move ?

PS. I am currently a PM (MBA+B.Tech) working for a US based company (remotely). 10+ yoe.

Hey, I have 8 years of work ex and I work in the marketing domain. Last role was mid senior level.
 I have done my MBA from a good B School in India.
I am not interested in settling abroad so have always avoided/ ignored outside opportunities.
But lately I have been thinking of moving out for a few years for exposure . I am 30 years old.
Suggest if that makes sense. And if yes,  EU and south Asia ? USA is a no. Too far and doesnt make sense for marketing.
I am very confused and want to decide soon.  South Asia seems to have a good but very limited pool of companies and EU, am not aware about much. Any leads/ companies to check out would be appreciated too as I have just started job hunt.

US for MS vs 10 LPA Job in India?

I am a 6.5 year of experience backend engineer currently employed with a US based company that doesn't send people to usa on L1 as far as I know. But I have to go to USA because my fiancee is moving abroad for her studies. I have a decent salary here. Hence, I don't see the need for further studies for myself for career growth. Nevertheless, I have applied to a few colleges there. But I also want to know if there is any way to move to USA through my job as I would really not want to break up due to long distance. Please guide me if you can

How can I move to USA with my job?

I have a strong passion in tech. I’m almost a nerd. The thing is, I never wanted to study the conventional indian way and therefore I don’t have a good academic record. 
10th : 8.8 gpa
12th: 71 %
Joined a civil course even though i loved tech, regretted and moved to another university after completing 2 years of civil.
Completed graduation with a degree in ECE and an 8.1 GPA due to covid.

My professional record is quite average with a 12.65 LPA offer as an SDE, 1 YOE.

The thing is, I crave money.  The current market situation and the opportunities available currently does not seem decent for me to switch and get a 20~30 LPA job.

Therefore I am considering higher studies. I need some advice from people who have been there and done that.
