Job search is broken

Leave the count of applicants. Entry level doesn't even mean entry level anymore (*looking at you LinkedIn). You guys got any other avenues for job search. I am a data analyst with 2+ yrs of exp.

I'm trying a lot to apply on LinkedIn. Seeing the number of applicants scared the shit out of me. For <24 hours of job posting, atleast 1000+ applications. How the hell the hiring team selects for their 2/3 openings out of these 1000's . I know they use ATS, yet they rejected by saying you are not in our budget zone ....bla..blaaa.
