Joining Dilemma
Hey all, Can I abandon a company within a month of joining if I get a better offer? I know it is not ethical, but what could be the other implications?
If the other company is willing to hire you even within joining a month in your existing organization, then why not, go for it.
Grab the opportunity before it’s gone.
Yes, they are willing to hire me. But I am just worried if it will show as dual employment as the company that I am gonna abandon would have created PF account for me
Is this your first job?
And what is the offer that you’re getting on your current pay ?

Always keep yourself first. As other comment has pointed out, campanies won't think twice before firing you. Another point of view can be, if you are not satisfied with the package( ctc, culture, type of work ) you would anyways start looking out, may be in 6 months or 1 year. Why not make that choice now?
