I’m hearing Spinny in the market is next. a friend was asked to start creating KT docs out of the blue and after he asked 4-5 folks from other teams, he found out several others had been asked to too. anyone at Spinny hearing this?

There had been a bloodbath at Hero Vired. Most of the Bengaluru office has been laid off. All this was done very suddenly. They are now hiring in New Delhi. Stay away from this company, its a pack of cards waiting to fall. They will try to hire people telling them about the hero brand name, don’t fall for it, its being run by their most incompetent family member, Akshay Munjal. Stay away and spread the word.

A good friend of mine who was hired in Ola Electric (on campus 2022) as SDE has been put up on the performance improvement plan / PIP. 

Interesting part is that half of her team was laid off and remaining ones have been put up on PIP. Those on PIP are being asked to also pay for 3 months salary along with the joining bonus.

I don't think giving back 3 months salary and joining bonus is something she should accept? Like they're anyways ruining their career by putting them on PIP in first 10 months of their start of career?
