Learning : Content creation & network effects
I empathise with this person. But This is an important learning for all the young folks - wasting time of those fancy headline tags, regurgitating public knowledge on LI won’t help. Many hiring managers look for a person who can fold the sleeves and work, not play “advisory” roles in general. Focus on real work, even when you’ve free time spend it on health, friends and family. P.S. - This might sound preachy but I wanted to highlight when everyone wants to be a mentor before becoming a learner.

Total. Also he should be enlisting projects, cool things he did versus saying 4 years work ex. 4 saal mein kya his advisor banega.
That's the only "cool" thing he did lol. Gave generic advice to one person on how to get a PM interview
In the same line,
Have seen people adding lots of experience ( 1 month mentor, advisor etc on their profile) without completing the degree at first place
Writing random posts for the shake of content creation
How does the Hiring manager deal with such candidates ?
I hire PMs and random posts definitely is a negative sign, shows lack of real skills.
