Let aside Sugar rush, I had Protein rush yesterday
My current food obsession is seafood, and I got to eat prawns and fish, so had good amount for early dinner yesterday
On plate the quantity was normal - 3 prawns, 2 pcs grilled fish, 2 fried fish cutlets. I didn't check how much protein each had though.
This got me protein rush - or is it called something else?
My brain was out, I was aware of surroundings but not able to process much.
Best medicine for all cures - sleep!
Slept 11 hours - now feel normal again

Yes, need to have some carbs and sugar too. Balanced diet.

Don’t have a lot of seafood. You can get a nasty staph infection in your colon and people get blood infection from that all the time.
