Logicmojo course for dsa

Hey guys, just need your advice I have been 5 years of experience at startups and have open source contributions too and now I want to switch to some good product based companies including FAANG with some good WLB. I am well versed with topics but I am not very sincere with doing DSA and leetcode regularly. I haven’t practiced daily and now I am looking to do it, but I lack motivation and get frustrated easily. I am thinking to do a DSA course on weekends, will that be good? Any advice is recommended. PS: The switch is for WLB

I am a full stack developer with 2.5 years of experience currently working at a global MNV. My current skill set includes java, angular, spring boot framework. I am planning for a switch. I read on the internet that to crack a MAANG or some company of that level you need to have a good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms(DSA). How to start with DSA preparation. I see there are a lot of resources. I feel overwhelmed by seeing all of them. Are there any good structured courses which teach DSA.

I really want to start my DSA journey, is there any suggestions for courses ? I have watched some famous ytubers DSA videos and they are great, but is there any course or some source where I can learn more easily and understandable.

Before you raise your pitchforks let me preface by saying that I am glad LC exists which has allowed me to basically double my comp in a very small time and I have seen many people able to make jumps into high paying jobs and bettering their lives. Having said that, I sometimes feel I am working with absolute buffoons who need to be spoon fed at every single step to get any meaningful progress. These people are excellent when tasks are well groomed and will complete them efficiently. Now put them in an ambiguous situation that will need talking to product and/or customers and no progress will be made for weeks. Every single solution would be hacked together quickly without giving it some thought as to what the longer term implications might be. Asking them to work on projects that need coordination with multiple teams means risking deadlines and escalations. I would expect a fresher with no experience to struggle with the above but not seasoned devs with 7-8 years under their belt and at this point I have seen too many of them. There's definitely a place for leetcode but I think practical questions is a better vetting tool. /rant

I am a 2YOE software engineer, and I wanted to make a switch. Having a grip on DSA but can't rely on it. I am seeing a good number of folks getting into start ups get paid well too. Can someone comment on startups that are paying well but require less grinding. Open for comments and views. Thanks

As a .NET developer, I noticed a lack of quality DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) courses in C# on YouTube. Since I'm new to DSA, I decided to start learning with Java, and to my surprise, I found many similarities between C# and Java, which made the learning process easier. I began by solving loops and condition problems, which I found manageable, so I decided to dive deeper into basic data structures. When I started with arrays, I initially struggled. I could often see the solution but would get stuck midway. To overcome this, I began reading through discussions and analyzing why certain solutions worked, making notes along the way. A week later, I revisited the same problem, and this time, I was able to solve it successfully. Practicing the problem again and reinforcing what I learned proved to be effective. I've now completed linear search and am currently working on various binary search problems, steadily progressing. I believe that the best way to learn algorithms is by solving problems alongside learning the theory. My goal is to target product-based startups. Please let me know in the comments what is your view on my learning path. I’m targeting to get placed in product based startups.
