We run a platform that works with SME'S , MSME's (can't disclose more on what kind, but like any transaction have buyers and sellers), have active 3 lakh users. 

The amount transacted is above 150+ crore every month.

We realised that these SME'S and the sellers have a lending cycle with the seller every 7-14 days. 

Got some queries for lending (Because these businesses run of cash flow), after in-depth research, we just realised the immense potential we have if we start lending to them (both the buyers & sellers - by lending + invoice discounting).

We already have all the data points since these users have been with us for a very long time.

What does the fintech community think, should we add the fintech-lending to our business? 

(P.s.:  Initial Projections show we start making 12-15 Crore net profit, after launch at 50% utilisation)

Tomorrow onwards we won't be able to disburse any new loans from our platform because the lender is unsure of the road ahead.

- Adani One, the super app of Adani Group, has started pilots with digital lending firms and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) to offer loans on its platform.
- The app, housed under Adani Enterprise Limited’s digital arm, Adani Digital Labs, has partnered with KrazyBee Services, the NBFC arm of fintech firm KreditBee, to provide personal loans.
- Adani Digital will act as a lending service provider (LSP), with personal loans ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 5 lakh being extended from KrazyBee’s books.
- The company is also exploring mid-sized deals in the fintech space to enhance the app’s digital presence and expand its user base.
- More tie-ups with other NBFCs and fintech players are underway to offer a broader range of credit products to customers.

So in sept 2022, i made the reverse switch that is 
Startup--->traditionally run nbfc.
The current co. Where I work is operational since 2017, profitable (~PAT of 30crs)
With 3 years and 10 months of work ex I'm currently reporting to the business head and I'm the only product manager/owner for their new business unit. Current hikes have matched the nbfc standards however the CTC still feels on the lower end. 

Looking for some advice on what the fintech/new age nbfc's have on offers.
Ps my current CTC post hike (within 7 months) of joining is 9.2LPA.
