Can someone give me a split of fixed, variable and annual stocks?

Folks, what is the salary of a SPM / Staff PM at Freshworks?

I’m expecting an offer from Tekion soon for a SDE 2 role. Just wanted to get the range of their SDE 2.

Current TC: 14 (fixed) + 2 (performance)
YOE: 2.8 (including 1 year internship)

I have an offer from Meesho (but SDE 1 role) as well where fixed is 21 and 18 ESOPS.

How much Tekion pays to a SDE 2?

Hey. I graduated from a tier 4 uni with a non-engg degree (3 years). 

Including a breakdown of compensation to show what’s possible, apologies for the humble brag. 

Year 1: 12 lakh 
Year 3: 36 lakh + 15 lakh SOPs 
Year 6: 50 lakh + 5 lakh SOPs 
Year 8: 75 lakh + 30 lakh SOPs
Year 10: 110 lakh + 60 lakh SOPs

I’ve worked in increasingly larger companies, latest is a decacorn+.

Management has tried to underpay us all this time. We deserve to know what is the real salaries for our YOE? 

I am being paid 24.6L CTC / 2 YOE. What about you?

Met a PM from IIT / IIM with 4 years of experience. He is working at a  well know soonicorn at a salary of 17  lakhs per year . He used to draw 30 lakhs per year in his last role before we was laid off . Interesting Times ahead

2.4 lakhs/month. 
      
 Not a developer. 
 Not in Tier 1 city.  
 Not in FAANG or whatever it’s called now. 
 No loans or EMIs for now. 
  
 Married to my GF of six years. She earns 1.3 lakhs/month. 
  
 Guess, I could say I am extremely satisfied.

See that Meesho has hired loads of PMs from ISB (I think because VP Product is an ISB Alum). Any bias towards it? 

Considering ISB PMs come at high cost, the average PM salary would easily be 27-29L.

 Though the company has bragged about amazing work policies - permanent WFH, quaterly meetups, unlimited leaves and so on. But it seems like they are going back on their word by calling people to the office. 

How's the overall team culture? Can someone shed some light?
