Why are you switching? Have that clarity in your head first. And then compare that to your current job.

Also i will suggest don't quit without having a job in hand.

When the work is being high your manager will ask that's the common understanding they will have to apply more energy again in training etc . always think if it's beneficial to you and your growth if you are okay with the company and are contributing to your growth and needs stay . if not find a growth and leave
