My boss don't want me to leave I'm afraid he would convince me to stay after no hile for 1.9 years, what shall I do?

Why are you switching? Have that clarity in your head first. And then compare that to your current job.

Also i will suggest don't quit without having a job in hand.

If they are paying you good and you are happy with the work you do.. you can continue there..

When the work is being high your manager will ask that's the common understanding they will have to apply more energy again in training etc . always think if it's beneficial to you and your growth if you are okay with the company and are contributing to your growth and needs stay . if not find a growth and leave
