Need Investment Advice
Currently, I have a corpus of INR 300,000 that I want to invest, and I'm seeking advice on the best investment options for this amount. Here’s a brief overview of my current financial assets:
1. Mutual Funds (MF): INR 500,000
2. Public Provident Fund (PPF): INR 200,000
3. National Pension System (NPS): INR 200,000
Additionally, I have ongoing home and car loans with a total monthly EMI of INR 48,000.
I am a 27-year-old male earning a net monthly salary of INR 160,000. I also plan to start investing an additional INR 48,000 monthly and would appreciate guidance on how to allocate these funds effectively.

Pay your loans off earlier if possible. That would be a better use of your money than anything else.
I was planning to save a fixed amount monthly and pre-pay than amount in loan at year end.
Your mf investment are less comparatively, you should put all in MF I think, 2 lacs in large cap or index, 1 lac in midcap
