JPMC information needed Hi Techies, What are the various components of ctc in JPMC? Is gratuity and PF included in JPMC? Also, what is the cutoff date for new joinee to be eligible for hikes and bonus in next upcoming cycle? Also what is the notice period in jomc? And one last thing, can laptop budget increase from 1100$ ? As I feel it is too low to get a decent laptop. I have a Macbook pro in my current organisation and feels good to have the same one, is that possible? Thanks in advance
