Need your advice on offer selection

I joined my current org right out of college and have been working here for 2+ years. I really like the company’s culture, openness while pay is also great as per my standards and needs. I recently interviewed for a startup casually and got an offer as well. Now I’m in a dilemma whether I should join the new org or stay although the pay jump looks pretty decent to me. P.S. Not a brag post but genuinely looking for answers as I’m really out of touch with the industry and given the current recession, can’t really make up my mind. Current TC.- 20 Offered - 26 + variable

I am SDE and I joined a company 2.5 months back. I don't like the work that I am doing and the company is far from being profitable+ a huge cash burn + management is not good. I interviewed with some other company and they have offered me a role. On paper it's an upgraded role but they are offering the exact salary as the current one + some esops. Would you accept the offer if you were in my place? Some general info: 1. Hate the work I am doing currently, the knowledge I get here can't be used in other companies. 2. Work is slow, not learning anything new 3. New company seems good from outside till now, have to validate with ex-employees 4. New company has Hybrid work, current is WFO 5. Have another offer which is paying a bit more than the 'new company' but don't want to join it, These guys are not matching the offer sadly

Hi guys, I wanted an advice from you as I am in a confused state. I have got an offer for a leading company with a significant pay raise. However, now at the end of my notice period my current employer is ready to give me a pay raise and match the offer. What should I do? I have been stagnant when it comes to growth in my current organization and whatever Upskilling I have seen is through my after office hours study. I am confused as to what should I do!? I just joined a company and it's been only 2 weeks. When I accepted the offer there was another interview in pipeline and some delay was going. The result came and now I am confused what to do. Startup (current company) TC : 27+2 (base+pf) New Offer from a big firm: 31.5+3.15+1.51+45kUSD(Base+target bonus+pf+stocks 4yrs) = 43.87LPA Annual CTC It's not easy as it seems. The startup (curr company) has great culture and tech stack. The product is exciting. It is part of a larger parent company. Whereas the big firm (new offer) works on a Monolith and work mostly uses Java. Codebase is 20yrs old according to Hiring manager. And one more thing - I hate Java. Why the difference has to be so big in TC 😭 I don't like to be confused. Have you ever been in such a situation? I want to relate my situation. YoE : 2

I got an offer of 11.78 lpa from infy my current company i.e capg wants to retain me with the same and also will shift me to the kind of project I want. I have around 3 y.o.e what should I do here as capg is my first company. Some suggestion would be highly appreciated.

I had quoted a ctc, they have agreed with that ctc but now I think it's quite low (17.5 lpa fixed for 2.5 yoe). It's a startup. How do I negotiate it to more. They want me to accept offer letter asap. I am in the process of interviewing a couple of more companies where I hope to get around 22 lpa fixed. Should I accept it and then say no few days later?

I have got a full time job offer (SDE 1) from a startup who are offering good pay and wfh. But I was uncertain whether I'll get this offer or not so reached out to another startup and after screening they have scheduled technical interviews. They are offering the same pay and wfo in Bangalore. I've accepted the offer from 1st company by considering multiple factors like product, wlb, culture, growth, etc. So now should I appear for interviews in the 2nd company or I should tell them beforehand ? I feel it will be a waste of time for that company and it'll be hard for me to tell no in the end as they told their offer and benefits beforehand, and I had reached out to them with interest. What should I do ?
