Swiggy Revamps Mini Offering to Include Service Providers

- Swiggy's revenue grew 36 percent from Rs 8,265 crore in FY23 to Rs 11,247 crore in FY24.
- Despite the growth, Swiggy still lagged behind Zomato, which had a revenue of Rs 12,114 crore and a profit of Rs 351 crore.
- Swiggy's losses were reduced by 44 percent, from Rs 4,179 crore to Rs 2,350 crore, due to better expense control.
- The company spent Rs 13,947 crore in FY24, 8 percent less than the previous year, mainly by cutting promotion and marketing costs.
- Swiggy's Instamart, however, lagged behind Zomato's Blinkit in quick commerce, with revenues of Rs 1,100 crore versus Blinkit's Rs 2,301 crore.

Is Swiggy in trouble? Every time I try to order they are either delayed or don't have any delivery partners. There seems to be some ops issue. Doesn't seem to be as reliable as it used to be 2 months back.

Has anyone used ONDC? Does it have any app? It was mentioned somewhere that it heavily reduces delivery costs and prices are better than swiggy and Zomato.

I am planning to take one of the two membership for ordering food and getting discounts. Out of two which one is better to take and is more value for money in terms of ROI and the discounts they provide. Which membership helps save more?

Zomato pro vs Swiggy one membership which one is more value for money and why?

This is based on an analysis of 24 K reviews on iPhone & Android phones between Jan to Nov 2023 conducted by Clootrack. The results though look a lot skewed as 
Zomato outperforms Swiggy by 3-4X in every parameter, How do you look at these results, Do you agree with this analysis?

Is this an effect of Public Listing?

Feels like bad data analysis by inc 42 team. Or clooktrack. Not all reviews mention each of these parameters and hence how this has been weighted needs to be clarified. Also how the f is food quality on zomato 3x Better than Swiggy?? Both are platforms and should ideally be nearest in this.
