Wtf is this nonsense. I would report this shit if it shows up in my feed. If you won't remember the appraisal and it doesn't matter then just give it why make some poor guy beg for the money he has earned.

Ig titles like VP just makes you assume that you're some so called 'The guy' in your company or in general. Just peddling generic gyaan without any CTA, what even does it mean "you won't remember this..." Any self respecting, hard working employee will expect reasonable appraisal growth, no dodging around that with words.
