Hi I have given HR interview in KPMG on 2 September since then there is no offer letter released as of now although HR is in touch with me and I m asking her she is telling one approval is pending I m getting impatient now although I have one offer from another organization but I want to join KPMG india I have already filled CAF . I have been working for my current employer for over 2 years as PM. Most of the employees haven't received any formal appraisal over the years. The company is going through some of the financial stress till last Dec. But it seems things are getting back in order as no more salary delays at my level.

I have heard and confirmed that few have received salary hikes either due to retention or other ways.

Searching for a job over the past 1 year but unable to land any yet. Its getting difficult to manage financially living on rent in mumbai, committing everyday to office and all.

HOW COULD I CONVINCE CEO OR WHAT SHOULD I WRITE THEM TO PURSUE THIS. PLS HELPPPP....🥺

How is appraisals this year across Big4, lets help ourselves to know numbers %

Another year around and last year was dry with literally 0 percent hike. My salary not been increased for past two years and this year my hopes are going down. The PMS cycle was supposed to be on May 1st. We were supposed to get manager ratings. When I checked  it wasnt even case and they dont even communicate of such a delay. They just keep it closed doors and this is what I see as transparency. Already I have many exits voluntarily. When I was demanded for work day and night. they said company will reward people meritocritic and now when I turn them back and ask they arent even interested with sharing date on when the appraisal would come. What should I do I feel being cheated after 2 years of working day and night? Any news or this is going to be one another year of their sick promises and betrayals?

I had a final round of interview with KPMG on 30 May. Post that I received mail to send some docs and create a candidate profile.

Till date 1 week has passed I haven't heard anything from them.
