Not all the girls are following money. Check your eligibility

I am recent college graduate working at a good company with decent salary. I have three kind of friends from my college, 1. Those who got very good ctc, like 15 to 30lpa ( mostly girls are here ) 2. Those who got decent, like 5 to 7 lpa 3. Still trying to get job, or have one but company is delaying on boarding. But the fact is everyone has more or less same level of knowledge, still someone making lakhs and someone is not able to pay bills. These days I'm getting a feeling of jealousy from these girls, they got the opportunity from programs which was only for womens. And not only this when I talk with them they don't even respect what they're getting, always like it's so less, I'm not able to save anything. Whenever I talk with them, either I got stressed or tensed, or felt left out.

This might be controversial but i want to know just why so many benefits for women in tech ? , I saw special hackathons only for women and also special trainings from big companies like Amazon only for women and of course diversity hiring. Is it because men can't work enough and women do more or what ?

This has created a skewed dynamic where fewer men pursue women due to competition, turning to porn instead, while women face exploitation by men who have abundant choices. Ultimately, near 28-30 both genders rush to the arranged marriage system to get them a partner while having their feet dipped on dating apps. In the US, This has lead to decreased marriage rates and, consequently, lower birth rates since most births occur within marriages. A decline in families results in a decreased population, putting more pressure on younger generations to support an aging population. Western nations, therefore, rely heavily on immigration, causing additional challenges. Increased single motherhood also correlates with higher crime rates, drug use, loneliness, mental health issues, and suicides P.S. I'm young and dating too. Just thoughts for a conversation on what the implications of dating for us as a society could be.

Fuck , what a waste of weekend. story - I am 27 years old and i am not rich enough like grapevine people. I earn 9 LPA and doing remote job. So parents started looking for girl for arrange marriage. So there is program arranged in our caste where boy and girl has to register beforehand. Registration fees is 500 per person and 400 for booklet. So i paid around 1900 and lunch is also included. This program invites all the prospects under one roof and booklet was given. Booklet has all the details of prospects.So registered candidates can have multiple meetings with different people. As you already guessed it this is problem of supply demand. Female candidates are way less and male candidates are way more. We have so many experiences like girl family just outright reject you on the basis where i live. That girl was doing nothing and have done bcom. Also one girl family rejected us soon as we just sit for a meeting. Reason dad of female earns 4X than my father income. We had some meetings around 5-15 but hardly any positive response. Female family is able to do 20-25 meetings at minimum and they can have choice whom to reject just on weight factor too. Shitshow out their for arrange marriage. We had a quarrel at home after coming from program that i wore some multicolour tshirt thats why we dont have further meeting. Also my parents are giving me lecture that i should have wore gold chain and bracelet to impress other people. another thing in booklet , boys has to mention salary. There is no mandatory thing to mention salary of girl in same booklet. Also girls are given return gift for just attending the function.

Recently scrolling thru LinkedIn I found many girls from my college are getting into Microsoft as a summer intern even if they don't have any leetcode , codeforces , code chef or GitHub profiles ... I am not sure how they are getting in. Meanwhile boys are not even getting the test link or interview for that.

I am a 26/M/60+LPA/IITian Software Engineer at a FAANG. I have spent most of my time travelling places with my friends/solo and have dedicated a significant portion of my small life to my career, and I am quite happy with it. I am confused about one thing tho, should I get married? given I am happy living like this, I just want to hear what men have to say on this, I want to know given a chance would you guys get married? If yes how to check if a woman is a fine fit for you? I made a rule to only date a woman who makes at least 70% of my salary OR has an excellent academic background AND should be humble. With these set of rules the chances of finding a girl is almost slim to none given ratio at good colleges and at high paying tech jobs are like that 🤧, I am sure people won't find these rules good, but I want to know if I am being stupid pls correct me it will help me reshape my thinking. I started designing around 2019, self start though i never thought this is going to be a real field designing screens but i landed here and eventually liked it. I started as UI/UX designer in a service based company with a mere package of 2lakh. And then after I left that company had a package of 3.5lakh. I joined a new company 2.5 years back in a product based company 5lakh and after i got appraisal salary hit 9lakh a year. Even though i have this much experience i am still struggling in designing a good screen as compared to Software development where you can join a good company and you can get a salary above 15 lakh for sure. Product design is hard and to be in the industry you really have to wake up and start learning whatever you have to come up with whether learning Android, web, ios , design patterns, design system or so. If your company does it or not . After applying and rejected to different companies i am now concluding that your experience doesn't matter in this field ofcourse experience in domains works. Trust me if you get less money, your opportunities are less. It's you who will have a good opportunity if you have good knowledge and skills. On the personal side, i am rejected by girls who don't even do jobs , earning less salary, and don't even think about high salary girls. I just wanted to flush out and want to start with a fresh mind, sorry for bringing this up. I will start again. I do again
