If we assume 15M+ strong tech Workforce of India then 1M is knocking the door 🚪 every year. 💯% scoring in boards exam to exam like JEE, few alfa still able to get out of trap of snap and insta. Pointless tbh. Most of these kids will be broken down by the system and life in 5-6 years time and they'll be joining grapevine to lament about lack of good jobs and purpose in life soon enough.
I knew a genius in my school who had a mental breakdown before he even reached college. God knows how many will try and commit self harm.
They are joining the market at an extremely challenging point of time. I pray for their well being.

I think there are always options. Just that IIT and engineering is an already saturated one and might not be the best option anymore.
There will be better options, but are those options applicable for masses ?. Can you suggest few options for Tier 2 and Tier 3 students

Parents who have adult kids are from generation who have been taught to put head down and work tirelessly. They have not been trained to see future, plan alternatives. Pushing the same on their kids now.
