Offer analysis

I am currently working in a startup which pays 38lpa base and no stocks, no EPF. Plus point is complete work from home. So i accepted it. But then I am thinking if I was low balled, as I have 6 years experience including 2 other MAANG level companies i worked with (not exactly MAANG but nearby) My previous compensation was 28 base and stocks of 7 lakh per year. I didn't had any competing offer so accepted it. I am planning to study DSA and system design to start applying again in one year. Let me know your opinion.

Wfh + 38 base sounds good the esop/stocks part is something I think you could ask for more. Just maybe have a discussion around it with the founder, they might give you in 3/4 months

They don't have esops at all. They have some yearly profit share which is not much ~20k

It's a lowball offer. Given 7 yoe and maang level experience you could negotiate for more or look for a better opportunity.
