I have 2 job offers in hand and now am a bit confused. Need your advice on decision-making,

1st offer - Jaipur location - investing and trading company, offering me an Equity Research Analyst role with a profit-sharing in the new business division which they are developing.

2nd offer - Bangalore-based startup, recently raised $550k, has 18 months of runway, the current scale is low.. they are offering me mixed roles - 50% of the time will go into Social Media and Content, 30% in Business and 20% in Finance. ESOPs will be based on 6-8 months of performance.

Now I have 2 career paths in mind:

1) I want to do CFA and get into the core finance side... it might also lead me to the VC, PE, or IB side.

2) Startup - I have done startup in the past but failed. I want to do startup again but currently want to join a good startup where I can learn from experienced people.

I don't know how I should go about deciding b/w these 2 career paths.

If you were in my shoes, how would you make a decision?

Location: Mumbai
Role: Software Development Engineer 2 (SD2)
Compensation: 22 Lakhs per annum (LPA) + 1.5 Lakhs in stocks
Years of Experience (YOE): 4 years, with a master's degree

While I'm excited about the opportunity, I want to ensure that the offer aligns with industry standards and my qualifications. Therefore, I'm reaching out to the community for feedback on whether this offer is competitive for someone with my experience and education level in Mumbai.

Additionally, if the offer seems to be on the lower end, I would appreciate advice on how to negotiate and potentially counter the offer. I'm particularly interested in strategies for negotiating a higher salary, additional benefits, or stock options.

Offer B - startup - 50 lpa fixed. Role - staff engineer. Growth stage product , product needs to be established in market.

Though, now I crave for some different experience - maybe work for startup’s or a VC firm

I have been offered a job in a boutique investment bank - which works with startup’s in India

My questions:
1. Is it worth switching for a Big4 to a Boutique Investment Bank - will it effect my further employability
2. Does this get me closer to my goal of working for a VC fund someday?

Confused about taking a job offer in Mumbai, currently being offered 14lakhs fixed + 2 variable + some deals bonus. Currently being offered 12.8 lakhs fixed in Bangalore. Context: almost 5 YOE, BTech + MBA both from tier 3. Current CTC 32LPA including variable and retention bonus (24.3 is fixed). I work as an APM in a pharma consulting organisation (which also has a SaaS platform) in Pune. 

Recently Got an offer from a tier 1 consulting company (not MBB but close enough) for a pretty new role of product + project management for one of their saas tools. The offer is 20% hike on my fixed + variable upto 15% + 2L JB. And it’s in Mumbai which is my hometown. I tried negotiating but the hiring manager said this is the best offer they can give. 

The job role will require infrequent travel to client locations and overall seems interesting. 

I’m in a dilemma if I should accept or not because the brand is infinitely better than my current organisation and will open up exit opportunities to MBB. On the other hand my professional growth in current organisation seems stagnant as there is not a lot to learn here but monetary growth has been good. (10-15% hikes every year).

I received 2 offers recently, for context I'm graduating this year-

1 - a PPO for an early stage startup I have been interning for. TC - 10 base + share of revenue generated. Essentially it is a founders office role, but will be closing sales too. Good culture, profitable. 

2- Browserstack for SDET role, TC - 11 base + 5 performance pay+bonus. 

Conflict is - should I choose the startup due to its potential high returns and my preference for the founders office role or BS for stable income and brand value ?

In a bit of a dilemma. 

I joined a well-known / well -funded startup in a mid level role 3 days back.

A Dubai based startup that I had previously interviewed with a few months back, got back to me with a 30k AED / month offer yesterday.

Questions - 
1. Is 30K AED a good salary for Dubai, considering what I make in India?
2. Would it reflect badly if I leave the current company in the first week, considering I made them wait for 2 months of my joining (I don't see my role as super critical for them).

From a job role POV, the dubai role feels more fulfilling. The India role offers a better employer brand. 

What are your thoughts on what I should do?

Hey guys, so I have two offers both are different in terms of roles
1) sde at a startup. Its work from home.I have been interning at this startup for past 9 months. 
2) management trainee role at ICICI. its work from office.

Salary is more or less the same and it does not matter to me as of now.
I want to consider the future prospects of both the roles.

A. CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai - 25 LPA, Gov. Bank as a client, project is upgrading the bank application to 2.0
B. Park Street Kolkata - 20 LPA, one of the oldest conglomerates in India as a client.

Profile is Project Management

Joined A for a couple of days, then joined B as nothing was moving in A. I like the job in B but feeling uncomfortable with the difference of 5 LPA. I agreed for it initially considering Kolkata has lower expenses, but realising now that's not the case.
A is still on and I can join back again. Most of the issues due to which I stopped going have been resolved. But I'll loose out on the amazing experience of setting up and transitioning of a company in B.

Please help me decide whether I leave B & join A again.. 🤔
