what is the best thing about working your company ?

I am SDE backend with 6 yoe (Java, spring boot, python, flask) currently working with org in Pune with annual package of 32 LPA I want to switch to higher package but couldn't find many options in Pune or remote India already applied to many companies on linkdin but no luck from past few months also work in current org isn't much exciting. I see many threads about jobs here but mostly are in Bangalore and Hyderabad not sure I am the only one or anybody else feeling this issue.

Folks who are giving interviews these days, which companies are you interviewing for ? Also what is the method of getting the interview ? Did recruiter reach out to you on LinkedIn, or you applied on a company portal and got the call or did you ask for a referral ?

So, one of my friends was aaproached by Meesho for SDE-1 in Hyderabad office. What's their current Work culture, Tech culture, appraisals and stuffs?? And is there chance of layoffs or pips happening?? And are the appraisals happening good?

I have an offer from Oracle for Bangalore location, OTH and I have couple of queries. 1. What benefits are available there, such as free food, cab services, and reimbursements? 2. Is anyone here familiar with the ERP cloud org? How are the learning opportunities there, and what about career growth? I have another offer and need to decide on it, so any information would be really helpful. Thanks.

Other than FAANG, microsoft , I dont see good product companies wirh high pay in Hyderabad, Can anyone help in sharing list of companies or companies they are aware of, Im looking to switch to some hyd company from some time now…sharing my list Amazon Apple Google Goldman sachs Uber Microsoft JP Morgan Indeed and I dont find anything after this to apply, as they stop discussing after payroll question.

Hi guys I recently got offer from these 2 companies. I needed suggestion on which one to join. YOE - 3.5 Given that - Oracle cloud - 1. Provides WLB 2. Wfh / hybrid. Mostly WFH 3. A bit less learning opportunity 4. Fair pay 5. Job security is more here Coinbase - 1. Exceptionally good pay 2. Bad WLB 3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well. 4. Competitive bar is more high Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase. Please correct me if I am wrong in any of the above points.
