Once you start living in a high-rise building, you will forget about a normal house. High-rise buildings have very good ventilation and sunlight, plus the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

By considering all of this things I say that... I love own personal house...everyone has different choices... but I believe living in own big house is far better that living like in a flat in high rise ...

Lol, what peak civil engineering? Apartments are there coz we cannot afford decent houses in those areas, and builders want to suck the blood out of us. Your own pov is so small, you are seeing what exactly the ultra rich builders want you to see, while they are sitting in their own standalone bungalows.

Yeah, you have your own land, you can construct according to your needs, land value always appreciates better, in case of flats the resale value is not good after a few years of wear and tear, and God knows how the builder has built using what quality of materials.
