Probation clause doubt
My friend has got an offer from the company abc. The company abc asked him to join within 2 days. Now there is a better company xyz with an offer. The thing is there is no probation clause in the company abc and notice period is of 90 days. Will there be any issues in leaving the company abc and joining the company xyz? Will they ask to serve the notice period of 90 days?
Also they would have to pay 3 months of salary to him during notice period and Idts they would want that too
The only thing is my friend has joined company abc and it has been a week now.
I don’t think so, your friend is of no value to abc considering he hasn’t joined. He can simply ask the HR that he doesn’t wanna join because he found a better offer.
