I’m a 2023 graduate working as a SDE in a Product Based Company In Bangalore. My CTC is 8LPA around 55k hits my bank account. In next 5 months I’ll have 1 yr of experience. I want to switch after 5 months (After Hike) to a Product Based Company in Delhi NCR. Which companies to target? Also how much CTC should I expect? 

Why Delhi NCR? My family lives here and I constantly feel I’m missing out on quality time with the people I love so I wanna move back.

PS: I’m thinking not to go for a CTC below 10LPA

For freshers I have seen a lots of folks talking about. But nobody is talking about SDE 2. I know how things are there but when i am trying for job switch not finding good resources. I need some guidance specially because i want to switch my role from mobile engineering to backend or DE

Currently I am working as an SDE - 1(8 base) in gurugram, I received an offer for an automation engineer role from Sprinklr (16.5 base). I am 2023 grad from IIIT and have a good knowledge of DSA and System Design. Some days back I received an SDE-1 offer from a Singapore stealth startup(13 base) but couldn't join them. Now I have this offer, I am still looking to switch to SDE-1 position, but due to the market situation not getting enough interview calls. So is it advisable to join an automation role and look for the SDE roles in parallel? since I believe that sprinklr tag will help me in getting the opportunities but I don't know whether my resume will be shortlisted for the SDE roles if I have an automation role in my resume. Please give your honest opinion and help me to make the decision..

10 months into it , i knw people will ask why jump so soon ? So it’s definitely not about money , from the college I wanted learn and develop things but here i am not able to do because it’s a operation role .
 Looking a change and grow my skills in development field  , grow my self and my skills and be a bit happy that yes i am learning and doing something that contributes. 
 Skills : C++, java , linux  , a bit of backend development,  ML & Data analyst 
Current salary : 8 lpa base 
I am looking for Some sde type role , compensation can be between 9-15 lpa

Currently located in NCR region - working for one of the top Indian Unicorns, making 1.2Cr+ every year in salary+stocks. Leaning more towards getting a remote job and get decent WLB. What is the best company to work with right now 2024?

I'm working as a Mechanical Design Engineer in one of the Japanese based firms in Delhi NCR. It's a firm which designs, develops and manufactures plastic automotive components.
But we're not getting the projects here now and also, I would like to change to a PLM engineer profile in any organisation around DELHI NCR.
