Psychiatrist is Banglore
I have been dealing with some mental issues lately and thought i should consult a therapist. Looked for some over practo but nit sure how ro select one. I not a very open person and it will take a lot of courage to talk to someone so asking the grape community for help if you know any therapist who helped you and you would like to recommend.
I had taken help from KahaMind. You can get connected with them and they'll help you out. What I have learned from therapy is, that you don't get the answers from them, they will force you to think and think and you uncover more about yourself. So be prepared for that!
