SDE looking for SAAS idea

Hi folks, 
I'm stuck here, I joined this organization a year ago. Still on bench. I'm from a mechanical engineering background. Know only the basics of Java, HTML, CSS, little bit of Javascript. 

Should I learn DSA along with Java and spring boot, mirco services or Javascript, react js. Or please suggest me other tech if they are feasible and would help to switch from my current organisation.
If you have time, a roadmap would be very helpful. Please guide me on this matter.

Having worked in IT as a developer and other tech roles, I am having a feeling of how long I am going to do the same and keep grinding myself for someone else’s businesses to grow.

I personally feel from childhood I would enjoy and love to do something of my own but I am so confused and have not much idea on what to start and from where to start.

Feels stuck somewhere and actually I am doing nothing.

Hi, I have been working in Infosys for past 3.5yrs. my starting salary wad 5lpa and now it's 8lpa. I feel I should be compensated more based on work that I put into my projects for which the most feasible option would be to switch. Hence, I need some advice related to job-switching from fellow software engineers who have already been able to do that. 
My skills are Java-spring boot , react , sql, github copilot, kubernetes, What other skills do I need to know to be able switch comfortably? Kindly suggest some websites where I should be applying from. In the coming days maybe after March would be good time to apply, don't you think?

I have just transitioned into a saas startup. Coming from a non-tech consulting background, saas is a whole different domain for me.

I have already been immersing myself in resources online such as podcasts, books, videos, articles and stackexchange newsletters to ramp up my knowledge about this space.

However, given the amount of information overload online, I'm finding it difficult to filter out materials. Hence, I'm requesting people of grapevine to recommend me top 3/5 resources I should follow/read to meet fulfil this objective.
