What is wrong with the world? Why do thinks like these happen?

Few months back I was put under pip. It's a well known org and I had been only with them for 1.5 months and in probation when they did this. Their reason: 'its just a hygiene thing' and that I'm 'too introverted' and should 'interact more than just focusing on work.' I'm certain it might be because of team biasness and bootlicking since manager claimed my work has no issues during our meeting. Fast forward to 3 months later, I'm yet to receive a pip plan or a judgement criteria or any written communication for the same. I'm not sure if I have any job security or when will the pip end (all attempts to get clarity on this were refuted). What should I do? Should I wait for things to become clear or quit. It's been only 6 months and I'm worried switching so early will look bad 😔 on my cv. My notice is 90 days.

So Flipkart will be doing performance based layoffs. I have been placed on PIP. How should I proceed considering I don't have any other offers and not much experience either. 1. Resign immediately. 2. Do the PIP completely and then see if I pass or not? I am not in a good financial position currently.

I had a boss who asked a colleague on their notice period to report to work when they were actually sick. 100+ fever on consecutive days. He took him to a client meeting, where he fainted and had to be taken to the hospital. The boss said - "Uski kismat hi kharab hai."

Hello community I need some advice regarding an issue I faced at my job at Infosys. I was placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) with goals that included completing certifications and accelerate tasks. While I completed the certifications, the accelerate tasks were never assigned to me. Despite this, my performance was evaluated, and I was told I failed the PIP, leading to HR taking action against me. Here are my main concerns: 1. Incomplete PIP Process: Accelerate tasks were not assigned, yet my performance was still evaluated. 2. Unfair Evaluation: The evaluation seemed unfair without the necessary tasks. 3. Lack of Support and Communication: There was little guidance or communication about the PIP process. I've asked HR and my manager for clarification and am waiting for a response. Meanwhile, I'd appreciate any advice or similar experiences you can share. How did you handle such situations? What steps did you take? Thank you.

I've been working in Accenture over 1.8 , I'm facing lots of toxicity, politics in my daily work now these days. I've been through a mental trauma as I was under the process of PIP ( Performance Improvement Program) , the clear reason behind it is boot licking, me & one of my colleagues both were into this process, I performed well enough & got 3.5/4 in tasks so they retain me , but she got 0/4 ...for that reason they terminate her. But after PIP in the office they're completely cornering me , they're not treating me as before.... I don't know what to do , I'm thinking to switch, but some says it's too early. I'm still under so much confusion. If anyone help me in any way , it'll be thankful :)

It can be a person/movie/promise/rejection/failure/betrayal/loss/expectation/relationship etc, it could be anything. I'll start - Raju Hirani for making Dunki, had a lot of expectaion from this but didn't feel THE RH movie at all

Anyone know if others are also facing the same?
