I am in dilemma should I join accept offer from Kotak Mahindra bank as Sde 2.

I am working in service based company right now.

I am not getting any hike over my current Salary in the new offer.

Recently I got an offer from Kotak Mahindra bank as SDE 2 but in terms of hike it is only 10% so should I go with Kotak.
