Should I settle for small package?

Iam a product designer and front-end developer plus a no code developer. I have 1.7 yrs experience. I don't have a big package ,6 lac plus 4 lac I make via freelance. Iam not in a big metro city . My expense are all around 6 k a month.

My gf is a junior scientist working for us base company which makes batteries for electric vehicles.she has package of 8 lac. And she is working near my home town. We both are based from kochi kerala. She has approsal every 3 months .and have lot of opportunities to travel outside India attend conference. And it is a rare opportunity.

Now we are planning to get married. But I don't want her to leave her Job because she had learned so much and finally she got this job .

The problem is ill have to move to kochi ,there the packages are not that great. I'll have to settle for less below 10lac.

From some mentors I talked they say I would get around 16 lac easily. The only reason I never bothered jumping was I was very comfortable in my job and and my total income was also good.

But now iam thinking what should I do. Since she has to be offline work from home is not option. I'll have to move . I'll be near my home and parents .

But I will have a lame packge .

What should I do.im confused 😕
