I graduated from a Mechanical Background 🤓🛠️.

Currently working in Accenture as a Java Software Developer at a client site, I want to switch to a product based company. 

My current project lacks excitement as it's too lenient for me, and I don't feel much pressure or stress despite it being completely development-based, except for dealing with some office politics and micromanagement, tbh I'm not even bothered with that petty stuff as it's common everywhere.

I currently have expertise in Java, i can rate myself maybe 6 or 7/10 in it. What additional skills should I acquire to unlock a vast array of opportunities? Or which can make me standout from others according to the market.

I joined Accenture and got into a project fresh after my graduation. I have 2 years experience in Automation Anywhere and SQL only, as that's the only skills required for my project. 
I have only basic idea about c#, Java, AWS, Azure and python, as I self studied those. I have never used those in any project and neither do I have real experience in those.
I want to switch companies but I couldn't find more job openings related to Automation Anywhere. And for other skills they need experienced people. What should I do to switch companies? I am ready for cross training but I couldn't find proper guidance. I don't know which skill I should learn more to find job.

What skills I need to switch?

I got a summer internship at Accenture as an Advanced App Engineering Analyst, started yesterday. There are good chances of PPO post the internship and if I get the PPO then my college does not allow me to sit for placements with the exception of very few companies, which would have the most competition. I really want to get into a product-based company for a full-time role. I applied to Accenture since it was a summer internship. 

So, considering the worst-case scenario where I join Accenture as an FTE with no other options, how hard is it to switch to a product-based company? I'm a good learner so I can learn the required skills and already have some unofficial experience with web development and did good on ML and DL courses of my college with good projects to showcase my skills in them.

I’m an Entry Level engineer having 1.7 years of experience in a WITCH company, mostly working on Spring, AWS, Core Java backend stack. 

I’m looking to switch to a better company for my growth as I don’t find any opportunities here and the learning has been very slow. I’m currently learning frontend (Angular) and K8s. 

Have tried giving my resumé to multiple companies everywhere but no luck. Is it very hard for someone having backend experience of 1.7 years to switch?

I did my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University. Worked my ass off during covid lockdown to grab a Software developer job. Number of hours spent on DSA and development for straight 3 years. 

I was able to grab a decent package being from mechanical background. Currently i am working in Accenture as a software developer -> Java full stack developer + Angular (12LPA ctc, 9 Base)

I want to work in a product based company which has better opportunities for me because i feel there is very limited opportunities in accenture and somehow people do not encourage to go for them at all. 

I need guidance on which companies should i be looking for great opportunities, great tech stack, with good management. Salary is never a obstacle for me. I am just looking for growth at this point of time in my career. Currently i am back to DSA again for interview preps.

Referrals are also well appreciated.

Need guidance on switching

I have 2.5+ YOE on .NET in Accenture as backend developer. But I want to switch to React and Java full stack role. I can fake react experience as I'm decent and confident on the frontend.
But how do I grab a Java backend role, as I don't have any experience in it? 
I don't want to apply for a frontend only role, as I'm genuinely interested in Fullstack.

Please suggest. I'm preparing for interviews right now.

I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular.
Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two.

Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company.

My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics.
I have knowledge about angular.

Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews.
I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. 
I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too.

Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame?

Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch.

How to prep for switch?

I have been working with Infosys for past 5years(total exp) and my current salary is 20LPA CTC. I work on Apple projects and the work has become repetitive over the last three years, primarily focusing on Java, Spring, Microservices, and Elasticsearch. I really want to join a product company now, for better compensation and more engaging work, but I’m uncertain how to proceed. 
I’ve just been writing APIs and scheduled jobs, and at this point I think I know nothing beyond it. The thought of facing the interview processes of tech giants for senior roles is daunting.  
Where should I start from? How do I regain my competence?

How do I get out of my career stagnancy? HELP

I am a software engineer with 2+years of experience at a product based company. My current CTC is around 10 lpa which I feel is below market standards. Also my wlb is terrible and growth at my current organisation has become stagnant. I mostly work on bug fixes and some minor feature enhancements.
What are the skills that are required to switch to a product based company as soon as possible with at least 15-17 lpa ? Currently I am not aiming for big tech ( FAANG) type companies as I know these will require thorough DSA , System design preparations which is not possible with my current job.

I work in one of Big 4 companies as a front-end developer. I am currently learning the backend as my project doesn't have any FE work. There are lots of politics now in my team as compared to the previous year, i was denied a well-deserved promotion for some weird reasons, and the hike was low too. Decided to do bare minimum work now and focus on studying for switch.

Could anyone please help on how to get started on preparation for DSA and what other things to focus on to secure a product based company?
