So I am a UX designer.
Hi I am .... , 22 yo F. I aam new here so i don't know how things work here. So I work at a company which pays like really low. And I want to switch... but the job market seems disgusting right now. I have been thinking to quit for a while now. But now having a back up make me wanna stay. I am open to suggestions, guidance, referral.. Thanks :) Have a productive day.

Yeah. But it's a lala company man. Not worth it.
Search and give interviews but don't leave your current job. If you stay with family/have emergency savings/can survive months without job, then you can resign and search for a new one

Hey, you can make accounts on naukri and instahyre, try connecting with potential hrs on LinkedIn. Add all your projects on linkedin, in your about me section stuff keywords which are in job descriptions nowadays related to your domain. Also, if you have any doubts or find any job openings at my company, you can reach out to me.

Hey, market is really bad right now, so don't leave unless you have an offer, If you arr 2024 graduate and your college still allows to sit for placement then try on campus placement and get an offer which you could use to negotiate at your current company. If you don't mind answering, then please tell what's your current ctc? Based on that people can also suggest like you are getting paid enough or not and you should switch or not.
